Project overview
I led the organisation’s AI and intelligent automation adoption initiative, owning both strategy and hands-on execution. I built the company’s first AI-powered internal campaign, including an animated digital bot fully created using generative AI (image, script, voice, animation, and training content). This bot became the face of innovation, accelerating adoption, reducing resistance, and improving understanding across the business.
